Davis Zhang, investment Director, Katana Oil and Gas Fund and Katana Energy Fund, General Manager for business development in P.R. China. Professional Engineer, registered in Province of Alberta Canada. Davis Zhang immigrated Canada in 2000 after serving Petro-China Jilin plant for 11 years in Petroleum production, technology management, economic evaluation, and feasibility study fields. Since 2000, Davis ever worked for large scale petroleum company in production, management and feasibility study areas, since end of 2005 he started to work for private equity group for promoting financial products.

John has been the VP of Corporate Development since the inception of Western Potash Corp. in 2007. He brings his particular business acumen to bear on the future and development of Western Potash. This includes over twenty-five years experience in technical sales and marketing to the mining, food and pulp & paper multinationals. Mr. Costigan's responsibility also included the development and management of supply chains and contract in Thailand, Brazil, Germany as well as North America. He is a current member of the Canadian Institute of Investor Relations.

Thomas Braun is the founder of T-Ray Science, Inc. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree (University of Western Ontario); a Juris Doctorate degree (University of British Columbia); and a Master of Laws degree (University of San Francisco) specializing in International Business Transactions. He specializes in corporate finance matters; mergers and acquisitions; and technology licensing. 
Mr. Braun is a member of the State Bar of California and the Law Society of British Columbia.

Mr. Gill is the President of AJS Management Inc., a company providing management consulting to private and public companies.  From November 2003 to October 2006, Mr. Gill was heavily involved in the dynamic growth stage of Norsemont Mining (TSX: NOM) as a Officer, and Director, V.P. Business Development, while the company grew from a market capitalization of $1 million to $50 million. Mr. Gill is also the President & CEO of Grenville Gold Corp (TSX-V: GVG), a company operating in Peru.
