Ms. Dechev has extensive experience in the capital markets through positions held at well recognized investment banks in institutional equity research， corporate finance and merger and acquisitions primarily focused on the resource sector. Prior to joining Mundoro Capital， she was a Vice President in Corporate Finance at a Toronto investment bank， covering small to mid capitalization resource companies for corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions mandates. Ms. Dechev has an MBA from the Schulich School of Business at York University， a Bachelor of Applied Science and Engineering in Geological & Mineral Engineering from the University of Toronto and is a licensed Professional Engineer in Ontario.

Mr. Bi has over 25 years experience in the mining industry as a geologist and project manager. He has extensive experience in mineral exploration and project assessment， especially in China. Mr. Bi holds a B.Sc (Geology) from Nanjing University， China and an M.Sc. (Geology) from the University of Alberta. Mr. Bi has consulted for a significant amount of the western exploration groups currently operating in China and specializes in translation and negotiation of legal mining contracts. Mr. Bi also was instrumental on arranging in 1997 the first Chinese institutional investment in a Canadian listed junior mining company.

Mr. Dow has over 30 years experience in consulting to or in funding private and public corporations. Mr. Dow held various positions， including senior executive management， in the brokerage industry in Calgary from 1976 to 1988， when he started his first public company. He is， or has been， a director and/or officer of 12 public and two private companies since 1988. He is currently CEO of Galahad Metals Inc.， Diamond Exploration Inc. and Wedge Energy International Inc.， all public companies.

Davis Zhang， Investment Director of Renventure， based in Calgary specializing in blocking water for oil and gas wells， enhancing on gas and oil production. P.Eng. master degree in Chemical engineering. Davis Zhang has been working in Petroleum industry for about 20 years. Before he moved to Canada in 2000， he worked for Petro-China for about 11 years as a professional engineer in petroleum production， feasibility study and technical management. After 2000， he was employed by ESSO Refinery， EMCO， HASCO DEVELOPMENT， and Renventure in different timing.

Joey Jung earned his Masters of Applied Science Degree from the University of British Columbia in Chemical Engineering and subsequently became a Registered Professional Engineer (P. Eng.) in British Columbia. He has had a successful career in electrochemical engineering and Battery research， formerly serving as Vice President and Chief Technology Officer of a publicly traded battery development company.

Mr. Krushnisky has been involved in the development of hydroelectric power since 2000. He was the founding President of Rockford Energy Corporation who successfully completed an eco logo certified hydroelectric power project at Brandywine Creek in 2005. Jako was formerly the President of Rhombic Corporation， a US Research and development Company committed to the development of leading edge energy solutions. He received his Bachelor of Science， Business and International Commerce while attending University in San Diego， California (1979-1982) and he is committed to the development of sustainable energy solutions.
