Victor Adair is the Senior Vice President， Derivatives Portfolio Manager and National Spokesman for Refco Futures (Canada) Ltd. (www.refco.ca) Victor is also an associate of M.Murenbeeld & Associates Inc. consulting economists. (www.murenbeeld.com) He began his trading career over 30 years ago and has held a number of senior executive and managerial positions within the Canadian brokerage industry. He lives in Vancouver and works at the Refco office at Ste. 900 - 650 West Georgia St. Vancouver BC.

David Toyoda is a Partner and the Vice-President， Finance for Catalyst Corporate Finance Lawyers. David has extensive experience in initial and subsequent public offerings， inter-listing on stock exchanges， private placements of both debt and equity securities and venture capital financing. Also provide advisory service to listed company with respect to reverse take-over， change of businesses and reactivations， share purchase agreements and asset acquisitions.
David graduated from the University of British Columbia with a Bachelor of Law Degree and a Bachelor of Commerce Degree with Honors. He was called to the Bar in 1993.

Michelle Kay is a Specialist in the Retirement Planning area at Edward Jones. She studied Economics at the University of Toronto and has over 10 years of experience in the financial services industry. Before joining Edward Jones， Michelle was an investment representative for 5 years helping individuals plan for their retirement. She joined Edward Jones in April of 1999 and brought her knowledge and expertise to help investment representatives build their business. Michelle has both of the Canadian and US security licenses， and has recently moved back from our headoffice in St. Louis， Missouri， where she spent a year and a half coaching Canadian and US Investment Representatives.

Jill Fopiano is Vice President of Citigroup Alternative Investments (CAI)， focusing on investment advisory， marketing， and client support for a broad range of alternative investment products. Jill acts as alternative investment specialist for private high net worth clients in the U.S. and Canadian markets， as well as charitable foundations， family foundations and university endowments. Her alternative investment expertise includes hedge funds， real estate， private equity and structured products. Jill is a frequent speaker on alternative investments and asset allocation with organizations such as the Institute for Investment Management (IMI) and the Institute for Private Investors (IPI).

Previously with CAI， Jill focused on the structuring and management of alternative fixed income investments. In her eight years at Citigroup， Jill’s experience has also included mortgage-backed securities， aircraft lease securitization and high yield structured products. Prior to joining Citigroup Alternative Investments， she spent two years in the financial engineering group at Capital Markets Assurance Corp.， leading their initiatives in new asset classes.

Jill holds a Masters in Business Administration， with a concentration in Finance， from Yale University. She is a member of the Private Asset Management Committee for the New York Society of Security Analysts (NYSSA) and a candidate for CFA Level III. She currently resides in New York with her husband， Kenneth Laudano.
