We’re now down to the last two months before the 9th annual Toronto Conference!  With the success of the conference series in the financial capital of Canada, the Toronto Conference 2008 will live up to its reputation as being a reservoir of financial opportunity and knowledge for our participants, whether they be public companies, service providers or individual investors.

This year’s China Conference 2008, held in the beautiful port city of Dalian, is nearly upon us.  As a continuation from last year’s conference in Shanghai, this year’s conference will focus upon providing the best opportunities to match global financial institutions and capital with the exciting growth of domestic Chinese enterprises.  With our 200 expected exhibitors, 300 Chinese private firms, over 2000 individual investors and institutional professionals, the China Conference 2008 promises to be the event for firms interested in a piece of China’s pie.  This year, we will also be hosting unprecedented one-on-one meetings between companies, professionals, and institutions.  Please visit our website for more information!

With the support of the Dalian Government, who, through the efforts of the Deputy Mayor of Dalian, are the co-host for the event, we will be attracting a large number of high quality companies from the region.  We are currently expecting over 300 high growth private business counterparts from various sectors such as resources, bio-technology, technology, and manufacturing not only from the prominent regions such as Guangdong, Beijing, Shanghai, but all across China, from Shanxi, Liaoning, Jilin, Zhejiang, and Hubei.  In particular, we will have a special focus on the promising auto and shipping industries in China, which have experienced great success in recent years.  These small-mid sized companies have an average annual sales figure of $20-30 million USD each and are prime targets for investment.

A CPC corner will be established in order to promote the viability of CPC acquisitions as an alternative to traditional IPOs. Pre-arranged one-on-one meetings will be coordinated for all attending companies as a supplementary to facilitate the most efficient business match-making and China project development.
